BLDR. PROF. YOHANA DANIEL IZAM, CONGRATULATES THE PLATEAU APC FAMILY AND, HIS EXCELLENCY, PROF. NENTAWE YILWATDA GOSHWE ON A ROBUST VICTORY AT THE APPEAL COURT.

Following the recent events, I, Bldr. Prof. Yohana Daniel Izam, wish to, on behalf of myself and family, send heartfelt congratulations  to His Excellency Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe, his Deputy Hon. Pam Botmang and the entire Plateau State chapter of our great Party, the APC over the victory at the Appeal Court.

News of Prof. Nentawe's triumph at the Appeal Court and his emergence as the duly elected Governor of Plateau State and the accompanying jubilation across the State, is a sign that your government will be anchored on the principles of a benefitial social contract between the government and the governed and that the voice of the people will always be heard and respected.

Your dogged  fight and unwavering commitment to upholding the principles of justice and fairness has reinforced your standing in the hall of formidable leadership. The intricacies of your legal pursuits underscores a profound belief in the foundational principles of democracy and its hallowed processes. I am confident that guided by your wisdom-packed ACEES Agenda, you will bring about positive and progressive changes for the people of Plateau State and the NEXT GENERATION given the current opportunity.

As the litigation advances to the Supreme Court, I extend my sincerest wishes to you for a successful outcome. May the trajectory of the legal proceedings be characterized by a steadfast commitment to truth and justice. May the forthcoming Supreme Court deliberations be a paragon of fairness and impartiality, culminating in a verdict that authentically reflects the promise of democracy, particularly the entrenchment of internal democracy in political parties which has eluded our political space over the years. Let me hereby express my unshakable confidence in your capacity to articulate a compelling case without recourse to any anguish or bitterness; and my unshakable belief in the integrity of the Judiciary as an independent arm of government to do the needful.

May your endeavors not only secure victory for our party alone but also contribute substantively to the rule of law and to the fortification of our democratic Institutions.

Long live APC
